The Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRG) is the fertility clinic at UZ Brussel that specializes in fertility treatments. Robin is an app that shares relevant and reliable information with CRG patients and staff, making patient follow-up much more efficient and pleasant than before.
For CRG patients, there was an overload of information, making it very difficult for them to know, for example, what the next steps of their treatment were. Also for CRG staff, the follow-up of their patients was not always efficient. Consequently, there was a need for an application that could show both CRG patients and staff relevant information.
The Robin app ensures that each CRG patient always has relevant and reliable information about the treatment at hand. Also, CRG staff can be much more efficient in following up their patients, ensuring that each patient's journey is followed up much more personally than before.
